As an elite ultramarathon runner, Tom Batrouney is constantly thinking about how he fuels his body. But like many of us, winter changes what he reaches for.
"For me, winter is the time for comfort food and also really prioritising health."
"Comfort food is what I crave during the cold months because it literally makes me feel comfortable when I'm a person who struggles in the cold. IKU's soups and Laksa is exactly what I reach for."
