How to place an order
You can place an order online through our website or by calling our dedicated team. We accept both credit and debit cards for payment.
Payments (plan/agency managed/HCP)
When ordering NDIS meals, you'll need to pay a 30% co-payment for the meals. The remaining cost, along with any delivery fees, will be covered by your NDIS or HCP funding, and we'll handle all the administrative details.
Payments (self managed)
When placing your meal order, you'll need to pay the full amount upfront. We will issue an NDIS-friendly invoice within 5 working days, which you can use to claim back 70% of the cost.
Can I choose my meals?
Of course! We have a menu of more than 50 vegan meals and snacks to choose from, so we’re sure you’ll find something you love. If you’d rather we did the decision-making for you, we also have a range of curated meal sets to suit a range of nutritional needs.
How long do the meals last?
Fresh meals and snacks will last between 3—11 days in the fridge from the day of delivery. Our fresh, ready to eat salads have a shorter shelf life and will arrive with 4 days Use By. Our ready to heat meals typically have 11 days shelf life and our pies and tarts have 8 days shelf life. Our ready to cook mushroom products have 18 days shelf life.
Each of our products has a use-by date label, so make sure you check them when your order arrives. If you have any issues with the freshness of your meals, please let us know via info@eatiku.com.au.
How do I heat my meals?
From the fridge, take your meal out of the cardboard sleeve and peel the film back slightly. Remove any inner pots from the tray then microwave on high for 2—3 minutes until piping hot. Stir through and reheat for longer if you need to, otherwise enjoy!
