1. Overview

These terms and conditions apply to the IKU x Local Supply giveaway ("the Giveaway") conducted by IKU (ABN: 99643888742) and Local Supply. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of IKU, Local Supply, and any other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the Giveaway, participants must: Follow both @eatiku_ and @localsupply on Instagram. Like the giveaway post on Instagram. Tag a friend in the comments on Instagram – each tag counts as an entry. Fill out the entry form via the landing page or within the Meta ad and accept the terms and conditions of the competition. Entries close at 8:00 pm AEDT on 8th December.

4. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

The winner will be notified via direct message by IKU official account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

5. Prize

The prize will be outlined in the Giveaway post and includes items from both IKU and Local Supply. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Additional Conditions

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram. By entering, participants agree to the use of their submitted details for the purpose of winner notification and prize distribution only.

IKU and Local Supply reserve the right to disqualify any entries deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or tampering with the entry process.

7. Limitation of Liability

IKU and Local Supply will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in this Giveaway, or in connection with receiving or using the prize.

8. Privacy

Any personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with IKU’s and Local Supply’s privacy policies.

9. General

IKU and Local Supply reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, subject to applicable legislation. The decision of IKU and Local Supply regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding.
