Fresh meals and snacks will last between 3—10 days in the fridge from the day of delivery. Each of our products has a use-by date label, so make sure you check them when your order arrives. If you have any issues with the freshness of your meals, please let us know via info@eatiku.com.au..
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to NSW and Victoria. We’re adding new postcodes all the time, so keep an eye on our website and social channels. Check if we deliver to your suburb here.
When do you deliver?
You can check out delivery information to find the times and days that are relevant to you. If we don’t deliver to your area just yet, make sure you keep an eye out. We’re adding new postcodes all the time.
What kind of allergies and dietaries do you cater to?
All of our meals are vegan and made on a site free from any animal products. You can see a summary of allergens and ingredients when you click on any meal on our website, so please check this carefully before ordering. Despite offering a number of allergen-free meals, our facility does handle sesame, tree nuts, peanuts and soy, so we can’t guarantee trace-free meals.
What do I do with the packaging?
All of our packaging is 100% reusable, recyclable or compostable. As part of our commitment to the planet, we are working to achieve entirely compostable packaging but, in the meantime, please check the instructions on each meal to see how to best dispose of your packaging.
How do I heat up my meals?
*If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook.
How do I warm up my meals if I don’t have a microwave?
All your meals are tested and tweaked based on how they taste and hold up when heated in the microwave, so this is our recommended heating method. As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan. Please note - our meal containers are microwave safe, but should not be placed in the oven or on the stove.
How long can my order be left outside for?
On your selected delivery date, all your meals will be delivered fresh. They arrive in a recyclable cardboard box insulated with a recycled thermal liner to keep them cool until you’re ready to pop them in the fridge. We include ice packs to keep your order chilled for up to 6 hours, so don’t stress if you can’t get to them straight away.

Featured Ingredients
Tofu
Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.
Cabbage
Cabbage has 1 gram of fiber for every 10 calories. That helps fill you up, so you eat less. It also keeps you regular, and it could help lower your “bad” (LDL) cholesterol and control your blood sugar. Cabbage also has nutrients that keep the lining of your stomach and intestines strong.
Millet
Millet is rich in dietary fiber, both soluble and insoluble. The insoluble fiber in millet is known as a “prebiotic,” which means it supports good bacteria in your digestive system. This type of fiber is also important for adding bulk to stools, which helps keep you regular and reduces your risk of colon cancer.
Quinoa
Rich in fiber, minerals, antioxidants and all nine essential amino acids, quinoa is one of the healthiest and most nutritious foods on the planet. It may improve your blood sugar and cholesterol levels and even aid weight loss.
Zucchini
Zucchini is packed with many important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It has a high fiber content and a low calorie count. Fiber plays an important role in digestion and may limit the likelihood of suffering from a variety of GI issues.
